The Verdict You really need some good politics and smart early play until you can let loose your storm of instants and copied spells

However, be warned that the non-manga variant of the card looks incredibly similar to this one though it has a yellow background, rather than the comic panels that feature on this costly version

This is fair for abilities, which triggers when a creature is blocking or becoming blocked by a minimum number of creatures

Also, note that there are tons of great card-draw in White that's not here like Sage's Reverie, Stone Haven Outfitter, Lady of Laughter and the legendary Faramir, Field Commander that have various triggers either ETB or over time when something happens.
